Depending on the feature, Gennay may process account, app and memory data to provide the service and create continuity. Where memory controls are available, you can review and manage saved context.
AI and limitations
AI responses can be wrong or miss context. Gennay uses cloud-based AI services for some features and should not be described as fully local or as professional advice.
Technical suppliers
Gennay may use technical service providers for operations, security, payment status, support and AI capacity. The public page explains the principles; providers and data processing need final legal review before store launch.
Pricing and payment
If purchases are offered, the app, app store or payment flow must show the final price, period, any trial, renewal and cancellation terms before you confirm.

Where available, you can review and export memory data. This is not a complete account export. Account deletion awaits verification in the published app version; contact support if you need help.
